We were all hit with some really awful illnesses these past few weeks! :-(
We couldn't find the energy to get out of bed, let alone update our blog.
But we are feeling more like ourselves now and are ready to get back in the kitchen and blogging.
Just in time too seeing as how we got a huge order of baking supplies in this week! Almond flour, coconut flour, grapeseed oil, arrowroot powder, palm sap sugar, stevia, raw cashews, and more!
In fact, momma chef just got done making grain-free donuts! Yes at midnight, isn't that the best time to make them? We also whipped up a chocolate cake, almond butter cookies, and corn-free cornbread!
Stay tuned for lots of yummy posts, we have a lot of catching up to do!
Ooooooooooh, I'd be interested in the donut recipe (and yes, midnight is a wonderful time for donuts)!

ReplyDeleteThe donuts need work, they looked amazing but turned out more like cookies. We'll be posting photos soon but will need to try again before posting a recipe!
